These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Drip for Blox iOS app and the website at dripforblox.com (the "Service"), operated by Drip for Blox ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Not Affiliated with Roblox

Drip for Blox is an independent app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox," "Robux," and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Catalog item data is sourced from Roblox's publicly available APIs.

Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Core features of the app (browsing the catalog, building outfits) are available without creating an account and have no age restriction.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@dripforblox.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your saved outfits and personal data within 30 days.

Pro Tier and In-App Purchases

Drip for Blox offers a Pro tier with additional features, available as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not process payment information directly.

Subscription fees are billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate requests to our Service in ways that exceed normal use
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Intellectual Property

The Drip for Blox app, website design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Roblox catalog item images and data belong to their respective owners. We display this data under Roblox's publicly available API terms and do not claim ownership of it.

Outfit combinations you create using the app are yours. We do not claim ownership over your saved outfits.

AI Features

The AI outfit suggestion feature provides recommendations based on the Roblox catalog at the time of the request. Catalog availability, pricing, and item details may change. We do not guarantee that suggested items will always be available or at the prices shown. Always verify item details in the official Roblox app before purchasing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that catalog data will always be accurate or up to date. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any Robux spent based on app suggestions. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g. in-app notification).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
